Refund Policy

Effective Date: 05/31/2025

At Elite College, we are committed to delivering high-value coaching and training services. Due to the nature of our programs and the personalized work involved, we enforce a strict refund policy.

1. Coaching & Consulting Services (All Tiers)

Once you enroll and pay the startup fee, that portion is non-refundable under any circumstance. This fee covers program design, onboarding, mentor allocation, and internal resource access.

The remaining balance is only payable after you receive a written job offer (for guarantee-based programs). If you do not receive an offer and have met all agreed-upon participation and engagement requirements, the remaining amount will not be charged.

2. Training Modules & AI Projects

• Modules and project packages are non-refundable once the program begins.

• In limited cases, we may offer credit toward another program if requested within 7 days of the first session and no live mentorship or 1-on-1 review has occurred.

3. Exceptions

Elite College reserves the right to make discretionary exceptions under extraordinary situations, but these are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite College will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to issues related to access, performance, or content accuracy.

Disclaimer of Warranties
